Kelmat Services is based in Bexhill-on-Sea and was established by Cary Sumpter as a Limited Company in 1997 offering specialist professional Cost Management Services to the building, civil engineering and utilities sectors.

Over this time our business has continued to thrive and has forged a reputation and expertise, particularly within the utilities and civil engineering sectors, through involvement with many high profile projects, as well as guiding Clients through challenging commercial strategy and procurement issues.

As a small consultancy, we have always prided ourselves on being able to offer a personal service to our Clients, supported by our specialist staff with a proven track record and capability.

Our underlying ethos remains unchanged, in that we always strive to provide not only a professional service, but also a highly personal service to meet, or exceed our Clients expectations. As a testimonial to this approach, much of our workload is repeat business with many long-standing Clients, who recognise our expertise and commitment to help them with their businesses and equally appreciate that we always aim to deliver our services with integrity, trust and honesty.

Although based in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, as our reputation has grown, Kelmat Services have undertaken works throughout the UK.
